Sequential Narrative Artist Statement

I might want to focus on the topic of degradation and decay. Whether it be the human body, mental condition, structures, or a combination. I want to show some sort of decay of the subject. My Great Grandmother and her childhood home comes to mind. In her later years she developed alzheimers, which can be seen as a degradation of the mind. Her childhood home, my great great grandparent's house, sat in the woods decaying alongside her mental state (sorry that sounds extremely sad).
